Today Chiara Santarelli, violin and viola player from Florence, has been kind enough to get a train to Viareggio, and then we drove to a small village close to Camaiore, to my parent’s house. Here, I set up a provisory studio in a small room, waiting for my house to be renewed. Two microphone (one Oktavia and a Warm Audio), a small audio interface from Focusrite (with around 15 years of age), a pair of AirPods and we are ready to press REC. The reason for this recording session to happen is to compose music for Anca Radu’s new short film I am working on.
